Patient Insight Congress is open to all patient advocates as well as patients, caregivers, practitioners, researchers, policymakers, and representatives from healthcare and patient advocacy organizations.

Built by Patient Advocate Foundation, the Patient Insight Institute drives healthcare-change initiatives informed by the whole patient experience. We partner with research, healthcare, and policy leaders to generate person-centered evidence and integrate patient and caregiver perspectives into research projects—giving voice to those who have been historically under-represented.

Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF) is a national 501(c)(3) charity that provides direct navigation services to patients and their families coping with complex and chronic conditions. National Patient Advocate Foundation (NPAF) is the advocacy affiliate of PAF.

The registration fee will be $399 per attendee. There are special rates for patients, caregivers and advocates who are a part of the NPAF volunteer network and Patient Insight Network. Please contact PatientInsight@patientadvocate.org for more information.

Registration to attend Patient Insight Congress 2025 is non-refundable. If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your registration to another colleague by contacting PatientInsight@patientadvocate.orgNo changes to registrations may be done after October 20, 2025.

Applications for travel scholarships will open April 2025. Preference will be given to those patients, caregivers, and patient advocates who have not previously attended Patient Insight Congress.

Unfortunately, we cannot live-stream any sessions of Patient Insight Congress now. There may be opportunities to attend pre- and post-event workshops which we will announce when available.
